At UNMARKED, we’re doing a lot more than making shoes; we’re trying to disrupt consumption as we know it and change the way people shop for fashion. To that end, we offer a resoling service to give a second life to shoes you already own. No matter the brand. And of course, because we use Goodyear welt construction, all our shoes, boots, and sneakers enable resoling and extend the life of your Unmarked.

- New rubber sole (vibram, Dr Sole, XL Xtralight, Margom -> We will send you the selection of soles that we have available in you size.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1- An Expert needs to see your item to assess these jobs, so please send a picture with a brief description to hola@unmarked.mx and with your tracking number, name, contact information.
2- Once the repair is completed the customer will be contacted for delivery or pick up (Free shipping included).
HOW DO I SHIP BACK MY PRECIOUS?
*Please use a REGULAR postal service provider (USPS, etc.) CHOOSE THE OPTION RETURN SAMPLE WITH A VALUE UNDER $50 USD, OTHERWISE DUTIES & OTHER EXPENSES MIGHT BE APPLIED AND THE PACKAGE WON'T BE ACCEPTED AND IT WILL BE RETURNED. Or custom could stops the package for being a used product.
